• How to Measure Your Nipple for a Better Fit

Follow our simple instructions for measuring your nipples to find the ideal implant size for you: Gently stimulate your nipple to make sure it is erect. Take a ruler or measuring tape and hold it vertically from the base of your nipple to the tip of your nipple (excluding the areola). It’s a good idea to measure the nipples on both breasts, as they may differ in size, requiring a different insert for each side. Keep in mind that nipple size can change with childbirth, breastfeeding, and pumping, so it’s always a good idea to check your nipple sizes again from time to time.

• Expression: When milk flow begins. Use after the stimulation mode or immediately after breastfeeding.
• Massage: Use this if milk has stopped flowing during the expression mode to encourage additional milk flow.
• Automatic: Optimizes suction from start to finish, increasing it every 15 seconds.
